We aren't building for the boardroom. We're building for the terminal. Mogrov ships offline-first, open-source tools that kill the daily friction developers actually face.
// what_we_build
Every Mogrov tool is local-first, open-source, and designed to disappear into your workflow.
Turn raw tracebacks into human-readable, stage-by-stage stories of what your code actually did.
Go from a plain problem statement to a fully planned sprint — without leaving your editor.
Commits flow to Azure DevOps, GitLab and GitHub in real time. Your board stays honest automatically.
Everything runs on your machine. No accounts, no telemetry, no data leaving your laptop.
Drive your workflow from the CLI — or fully from Telegram when you're away from the keyboard.
LLM-powered failure analysis and agentic planning — supporting GPT-4, Claude, and local Ollama models.
// how_we_work
We start from the annoyances real developers hit when the deadline is close and the lights are low.
Offline-first and open-source from line one. No SaaS lock-in, no compromise on privacy.
Released where developers live — `pip install`, a CLI, a repo. No browser required.
Your issues become our roadmap. The fix gets built in the open, together.
// the_project_lab
Open-source, offline-first solutions built to kill friction.
Python · PyPI
Models application execution as human-readable stories — replacing raw tracebacks with structured, stage-by-stage failure reports. Ships FastAPI middleware, JSON streaming, and LLM-powered failure analysis.
Offline-first OSS
A local-first developer automation platform. Turns a problem statement into a fully planned sprint, syncs commits to Azure DevOps / GitLab / GitHub in real time, and gives you full control via Telegram.
// the_mission
Mogrov exists because software development has become unnecessarily complex. We aren't here to pitch executives — we build the tools developers reach for when the deadline is close and the lights are low.
The name Mogrov derives from mathematician Andrey Kolmogorov. His work on Algorithmic Information Theory and Kolmogorov Complexity underpins how we think about compression and meaning in modern AI systems — the same instinct that drives us to strip noise from the developer's day.
Whether it's unreadable traces or broken pipelines, our goal is to eliminate the noise so you can focus on the signal.

2025 — Present
Founded Mogrov; shipping DevTrack and runtime-narrative. Leading GenAI engineering for S&P Global at EPAM — agentic architectures, MCP/A2A, RAG.
2023 — 2025
NL-to-SQL engines, multi-LLM orchestration, and 500GB/day ETL at scale across LatentBridge, Daaslabs and Exalogic (Dubai).
2021 — 2023
Orchestrated KServe/Kubeflow MLOps at Syngenta. Completed an M.Sc. in Business Analytics at BITS Pilani.
2011 — 2021
A decade of engineering across KPIT, MResult and IBM — the groundwork for everything Mogrov builds today.
